The festival held in Malacca for the first time in 2019. The performance was along the Melacca River. It is a collaboration event with CIOFF Malaysia, Melaka Heritage Institute and the Malacca state agencies. The festival consists of folk dance performance, mask dance, parade in a boat and traditional food and and handicraft fair.
