'Pispalan Sottiisi' - Pispala Schottische is the most significant international folkdance festival in Northern Europe organized in Tampere in the beginning of every even year. As an event Pispala Schottische aims to follow the development of the industry and also to produce itself new productions based on folkdance and folk music. The program of the festival includes indoor and outdoor concerts, competitions, training, seminars, night dances and club evenings.
